- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing tags may not qualify for a return.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
A ₹99 shipping and handling fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the eligible refund amount. This fee covers shipping-related costs.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution.
